These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, sessions, classes, digital content, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”), whether provided online via video conferencing platforms (including Zoom) or in person.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Our Services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content made available through our website or Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, audio recordings, video recordings, downloadable materials, written teachings, digital resources, and educational content, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Spiral Journey LLC and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. 

Trademarks and Brand Protection

The trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers associated with Naz Kling, The Spiral Journey LLC, and related offerings, including program names, course titles, written works, audio works, visual materials, proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and branded concepts, are the proprietary property of The Spiral Journey LLC.

These marks are protected under United States and international common-law trademark principles, as well as applicable unfair competition and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or reference to our trademarks or brand assets in a manner likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation, or dilution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent and may result in legal action.

Nature of Services and Disclaimer

Our Services, including wellness coaching, spiritual guidance, energy work, intuitive sessions, mentorship, and educational offerings, are provided for personal development, spiritual exploration, and informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, and our Services are not a substitute for licensed professional care or advice.

You acknowledge and agree that outcomes are subjective and vary by individual, no guarantees are made regarding results, and you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

Payment Terms and No-Refund Policy

All fees for Services, sessions, classes, and digital products are due in full at the time of booking or purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except where explicitly required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, offerings, or availability at any time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are disclosed at the time of booking, including through Calendly or similar platforms, and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Failure to attend a scheduled session or to comply with the stated cancellation window will result in forfeiture of payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spiral Journey LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party platforms and providers, including Stripe, Calendly, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Zoom, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Google Analytics.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party providers. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the integrity of our work or community.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
